YOU DESIGN

 

Send us your idea of elements (croquis, technical drawings, 3D or BIM files) with a description of the materials, postal code for delivery and approximate delivery deadlines.

WE MAKE OFFER

 

We will analyze it, consult with our manufacturers and calculate the total price with shipping costs, without any compromise.

YOU DECIDE

 

If you are interested to continue we will send you a contract with our conditions for a revision. Once we agree to the contract conditions and receive a partial advanced payment, the production process starts.

WE SUPERVISE

 

During the production process, we are supervising that all technical details are ending up as we agreed and sending you photographic documentation of development. If there is a doubt about any detail, we will consult you, so you can make a proper decision on time.

YOU APPROVE

 

Once the product is finished, we will send you the pictures before packing it, so you can approve it and make a transaction of the remaining payment.

WE PACK & SEND

 

Once we receive the remaining payment, we pack and ship the product to you. On delivery, according to the laws of a country where is shipped to, customs will inform the receiver if needed to pay the VAT for the value of the product and the shipping costs.

 

*NOTE: Serbia has a free trade agreement with EU and Russia. So, besides the customs VAT, there are no additional customs duties.
